Description

Axona is a versatile, red skinned variety known for its good blight resistance with excellent taste and good yield. It is suitable for mashing, roasting and baking. Tubers store well into spring.
Plant outdoors in mid April and harvest late September to October. These will store until March/April the following year.

30cm in drill (drills widely spaced so you can earth up – around 75cm).
