Description

We offer a mixture of different varieties with different shapes and sizes – all from our own breeding. On arrival, store the tubers in a pot of damp sand or soil in a cold but frost free shed until you are ready to plant them outdoors otherwise they dry out very quickly.

Planting

The plants are very hardy and the tubers can be planted outdoors in late February to late March outdoors.

Spacing

Between plants: 40cm

Between rows: 70cm

The tubers can be harvested from November until March – either dug up fresh as required or stored in sand/soil mixture.
