Description

Garden Patience – Rumex patienta is a perennial wild plant originating from Eastern Europe. It has become a popular vegetable in many Asian countries especially in Korea where it is used in Kimchi. The flavour is mildly sour, similar to sorrel.

Sowing:

March to June in a modular tray in the greenhouse. Sow two seeds per module about 1.5cm deep and about 4 weeks later plant out into the garden.
