Alouette (early maincrop) is an ideal potato for organic production due to its high resistance to leaf and tuber blight. An attractive, red-skinned variety with yellow flesh. Excellent flavour and texture. Suitable for roasting, baking, steaming and boiling.

Alouette potatoes can be planted in early April and harvest starts in September/October. Potatoes store well.
