Description
Rye is deep rooting and improves soil structure while the leguminous Vetch collects Nitrogen. A hardy winter green manure cover.
Prepare a reasonable seed bed. Broadcast and rake to cover the seeds with soil. Water if too dry. When grown, cut and incorporate foliage and roots into the soil before plants become too woody.
